Renaissances Conference: Between Experience and Experiment in the Early Modern World

鶹's Renaissances series returns with a new, experimental format for 2008. On April 25th, Renaissances will stage a day-long conference, “Between Experience and Experiment,” bringing together renowned scholars in early modern studies to present works-in-progress in literary criticism, religious studies, philosophy, the history of science, and cultural studies. Our speakers will include:

The conference will take place from 11am-7pm in Building 460, Room 426 and is open to attendees from outside the 鶹 community.
